Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. If you are not satisfied with the professional quality of your tool, you may return it for a refund. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Issuance

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it without penalty. After 6 hours, the order may have already entered our processing or shipping workflow, and we may not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and proceed with the standard return process.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
